1. 14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumers)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, private UK consumers have the right to cancel a newly purchased Collector Watch, 90-Day Hunt Pass, or Sourcer & Reseller Pro plan within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
2. Anytime One-Click Monthly Cancellation
Recurring monthly subscriptions (Collector Watch at £19/month and Sourcer & Reseller Pro at £49/month) have no minimum lock-in term. You may cancel at any time via your Stripe billing portal link or by emailing concierge@theatelierindex.co.uk, and your subscription will not renew for the following billing cycle.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email concierge@theatelierindex.co.uk with the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe within 3 to 5 working days.
